New homes developer Bloor Homes are trying to make it easier for prospective homebuyers to view a new home in the South West of England by introducing Flexi-View, a new service which allows people to visit and take a trip around the home of their choice early in the morning, after work or at a more convenient time.
To chat about availability, to discuss the new home developer's current selection of incentives, or to arrange a viewing simply call the sales centre of your choice and they will arrange a personal out-of-hours appointment designed to fit in with your busy schedule.
Commenting on Flexi-View, Michele Rose, sales director of Bloor Homes, said: "We really believe that this new service will be a great help to those of our buyers who are at work during our usual opening hours. There are also many people who work away from home and simply don't have the time to see us at the weekend or between 10.00am and 5.00pm.
"To make the right decision about buying the dream home of your choice, you need to be able to experience the quality of a Bloor Home for yourself and with Flexi-View we're making this even easier."
With a portfolio of apartment and house styles to choose from, alongside a number of assistance schemes, house hunters have plenty of options to secure a brand new property from the company. Among the developments on offer that prospective buyers can now view at their convenience are:

Current availability starts at £165,950 for an apartment and £309,950 for a three-bedroom house. Some properties boast a coastal view and there's a shared equity plan, called BloorHomesStart2, and part exchange offered on selected plots.

Wichelstowe, Swindon - Bloor Homes is one of a number of housebuilders contributing homes to this new suburb of Swindon, that will eventually see some 4,500 new residential properties built in a semi-rural environment close to the M4. FirstBuy funding is available on selected plots.
Weston Gateway, Weston-super-Mare - Not due to open until January 2012, nevertheless this development of two-, three- and four-bedroom new homes in Somerset, located just off the M5, offers a location close to the coast and with excellent transport links and should be well worth a look when it is launched.
