Explore Living launches new homes in Saltdean

New home builder Explore Living has launched the final phase of new homes at its Grand Ocean development in Saltdean, near Brighton.

The new phase will feature 76 one and two bedroom apartments, due for completion in December 2011. The new apartments in the final phase are priced from £179,995 for a one bedroom apartment and £299,995 for a two bedroom apartment.

The housebuilder has experienced significant sales success since the launch of the development and have now completely sold the current phase of new build apartments at the development.

For first time buyers, Explore Living has relaunched its Route 85 scheme on one bedroom apartments, enabling buyers to own 100% of the property for 85% of the price. The other 15% is an interest free loan which is deferred for ten years.

John Inglis, sales and marketing director, said: "There is a real lack of supply for new build homes in the Brighton area. This, combined with the high specification and quality of the development, has resulted in Grand Ocean proving to be extremely popular.
