David Wilson hosting open house at Highgrove Park this weekend

Housebuilder David Wilson is inviting house hunters to visit Highgrove Park in Glasgow this weekend - 6-7 October - where the five-bedroom Eden house type will be open for viewings.

The Eden homes, which are available for early entry, are priced from £496,995. But anyone reserving during the weekend will have stamp duty paid - saving them up to £ £4,800.

The Eden, a five-bedroom detached home, measures 2,331 sq ft and features a spacious lounge, two en-suite bathrooms, a study, kitchen/dining, shower room and a utility room as well as a detached double garage.
