Banner Homes launch new homes in Hampshire

New home developer Banner Homes have launched a new luxury development in Hampshire, following on from the success of its recent development, Chestnut Grove in Midhurst, West Sussex

Banner Homes Southern will build a selection of new homes as part of its Rotherfield Place development in Sheet, Petersfield, Hampshire.

Each new home offers between 1546 and 1841sqft of space and have their own garage and allocated parking. Out of respect for the environment, the homes are equipped with exterior lighting with dusk to dawn sensors.

Rotherfield Place is an exclusive development of only nine four bedroom family homes. The homes will be designed to fit into the village setting, with a mixture of detached, semi-detached and link detached homes available.

In a bid to boost interest in the development, Banner Homes will launch a new show home at the development on 9th and 10th July.
