A2Dominion New Homes launches iPhone app

A new iPhone application for househunters, featuring both shared ownership and private properties for sale, has been launched by A2Dominion New Homes.

A2Dominion New Homes, which provides new homes across London and Southern England, is the first housing provider and new home developer of its type to launch an iPhone app.

The app can be downloaded for free from the iTunes store and can be used by anyone with an iPhone or iTouch device.

The A2Dominion New Homes iPhone app allows users to browse new homes for sale, Search by location, size and key words, view property location maps, save searches and select properties for offline use, request more details and brochures, and send details to a friend.

Tariq Qureshi, sales and marketing director (London) for A2Dominion New Homes, said: "For iPhone users, this app aims to make hunting for a new home easier, allowing them to access information about new homes instantly and whilst on the move.

"The app will allow users to find out exactly the same information as they would from our website, without the restriction of having to be at a computer.

"Using the GPS navigation feature on our iPhone app, people will even be able to search for new homes close to where they are, wherever they happen to be.

"We're delighted to become the first registered housing provider and developer to launch an iPhone app of this type, providing yet another channel to assist prospective buyers in their search for their ideal new home."

A2Dominion has worked with software firm Kodime to develop the iPhone app.
