Housebuilder A2Dominion New Homes have launched a selection of affordable homes in Putney for part-buy, part-rent.

The new home development, Putney Hill, is located on a former site of a college, close to the River Thames, featuring 54 high-specification new homes.

The development, which consists of one and two bedroom apartments, offers residents access to a communal garden with a water feature. Prices start at £82,500 for a 25% of a one-bedroom apartment, with a required minimum annual income of £42,784.

Tariq Qureshi, director of sales and marketing (London) at A2Dominion New Homes, said: "We've really hit the mark with Putney Hill, offering stunning accommodation, modern living and great transport links, all set in a beautiful and exclusive area of London.

"The new apartments are class, top to bottom, from fully-integrated kitchens that would suit the most demanding chef, to the luxurious comfort of the carpeted living areas. This development is a gem."

With a general shortage of affordable homes in London available these new homes in Putney are sure to prove popular with homebuyers. However, priority for these new homes will be given to first-time buyers who live in Wandsworth and key workers who work in the borough.
