Redrow launches new homes in North Wales this weekend

Redrow Homes, one of the UK's largest housebuilders, is launching another new development in North Wales this weekend (10th and 11th September 2011) when it unveils a new four-bedroom show home at Northop Park. This scheme of new homes in Flintshire will comprise 36 two-, three- and four-bedroom houses from Redrow's New Heritage Collection of property types.

These new homes are built with a traditional "period" architecture inspired by houses from the Arts and Crafts era, with individual features such as architraves, bay windows and porches. Inside, each home has the flexible layout, modern conveniences and specification that new homebuyers today expect. The first phase at Northop Park will feature a range of four-bedroom styles priced from £306,995.

The ‘Salisbury' house that has been selected as the show home ably demonstrates the style and quality of the homes on offer. This house has an integral double garage, spacious kitchen/dining room with utility room, cloakroom, lounge and study downstairs, while upstairs, two of the three double bedrooms have their own en suite shower rooms, with accommodation completed by a family bathroom and fourth single bedroom. The en suite bedrooms also have convenient built-in wardrobes.

The show home will be professionally decorated, showing off a range of styles and colour schemes that could be employed by homebuyers at Northop Park. It will be open to view for the first time this Saturday and Sunday.
