Redhouse Park new homes scheme appeal spans the generations

David Vickers hasn't looked back since buying his new apartment a few months ago at Country and Metropolitan Homes' Redhouse Park development in Milton Keynes. This rapidly-expanding Buckinghamshire town is a popular choice for house buyers in the south-east of England thanks to the successful local economy, good transport links, and close proximity to London - just 49 miles away, or 45 minutes by train.

These factors, along with easy access to the M1 and London for commuters, have added to the development's wide appeal, as discovered by both David and his grandmother.

"My dad had recently rented an apartment at Redhouse Park for my Grandma, so I decided to visit the site and have a look as he had mentioned how impressed he was with the development," explains David. "When I visited the site I met Simon, one of the sales advisers, who told me that there were some similar properties available and recommended I viewed the show apartment.

"When I stepped into the apartment I couldn't believe the size and how well it was laid out. I then enquired about the top-floor apartment and to my amazement it was even better - so good in fact that I reserved it there and then despite the fact I had only intended on buying lunch that day!

"The experience of buying a new home from Country and Metropolitan Homes was effortless and the whole team were always helpful and friendly. It was so positive in fact, that I informed a friend that I had bought the apartment and he went there the next day and bought the one underneath mine.

Since buying his apartment in July, David has enjoyed every minute of living there. He says: "The area is not too big and overflowing with houses, the plan has been well thought out, and Country and Metropolitan Homes has taken into account the area and what their customers really want. It is nice and quiet, the neighbours are friendly and it is located not too far away from the essentials; it is also well maintained and has lovely surroundings.

"The best thing, though, is my new apartment. Whenever anyone visits they can't believe how nice it is, how big and what a lovely area I live in."
