New show home to view at Ward Homes’ Trinity Village development in Bromley

Date:

Tuesday 27th September 2011

Renowned regional housebuilder Ward Homes, part of the Barratt Developments group, has taken the wraps off a brand new show home at its major Trinity Village scheme in Bromley, on the Kent/London border, as it launches the next phase of 33 homes at the scheme. Since it was launched in April 2011, interest from local housebuyers has been high and the new show home is a great introduction to the style and quality of homes on offer.

Mark Vanson, Sales Director for Ward Homes, says: "Often homebuyers like to be able to imagine that they are actually living in a property before they can think about living there. That is why we have tastefully decorated and furnished one of our three-bedroom townhouses at Trinity Village. It's a great property that is laid out over three floors and offers a fantastic built in conservatory at the back of the property providing a breakfast area, extending the kitchen to bring the outside in."

The ‘Suffolk' is a spacious family townhouse set out over three storeys, with prices currently starting at £359,995. On the ground floor is a delightful kitchen/breakfast room that adjoins a conservatory that floods the room with natural light, making it a perfect informal area for relaxing and socialising, especially in the summer when the doors to the garden can be flung open. A separate dining room gives another option for formal occasions. The kitchen has a utility room to help keep clutter in the main room to a minimum and there are also a useful cloakroom and shower room.

On the first floor is the living room along with a double bedroom that could easily be utilised as a den, studio or study. The top floor accommodates two more double bedrooms and the family bathroom. The master bedroom benefits from its own en suite shower room.

Trinity Village will eventually feature over 800 new apartments and houses with one to four bedrooms, provided by Ward Homes and its partner Asprey Homes, including some specifically provided for elderly Bromley residents and some new affordable homes. A new medical centre will also feature on the scheme.

These new homes in London's south-eastern suburbs are only 20 minutes' walk or a short bus ride from Bromley South station, which provides regular services to the City and London Victoria. Other transport links are good: the M25 is only 20 minutes away and both Gatwick and London City Airports around 45 minutes distant.

Bromley's busy town centre is just over a mile away and offers a great choice of shops, cafés and restaurants as well as a four-screen multiplex cinema and the well-known Churchill Theatre. There's even more choice on hand at nearby Beckenham, Croydon and Lewisham. With a 35-square-mile area of protected parkland within walking distance of these new homes, and the Kent countryside not far away, residents also have ample opportunity to get away from it all.
