Major roads = A11, A112, A503 and A1009
The borough offers access to two lines on the London Underground. Leyton and Leytonstone stations are situated on the Central line. Meanwhile Walthamstow Central and Blackhorse Road provide access to the Victoria line. Walthamstow Central, Chingford and Blackhorse Road also offer a rail service to London Liverpool Street, with a journey time of 15 to 20 minutes. Bus services to a number of destinations throughout London also run from the borough.
