Overview of Redbridge

The Redbridge property market covers the following areas:

Redbridge is one of the wealthiest boroughs in the east of London. Stretches of Victorian and Edwardian terraces can be found in Ilford, Goodmayes and Seven Kings while detached homes feature heavily in Woodford and out to the borders of Epping Forest. South Woodford offers a good selection of Edwardian terraces, conversions and modern apartment blocks, popular with city workers and professionals drawn to the tube access in the town. Wanstead is also seen as a wealthy area, while Hainault mostly consists of social housing. Redbridge has a vast mix of cultures and is home to significant Asian and Jewish communities, one of which occupies Gant’s Hill. Located to the east of Wanstead Park the area boasts many mid-war semis.
