Redbridge is one of the wealthiest boroughs in the east of London. Stretches of Victorian and Edwardian terraces can be found in Ilford, Goodmayes and Seven Kings while detached homes feature heavily in Woodford and out to the borders of Epping Forest. The Docklands Light Railway extension has also been crucial in seeing Ilford’s town centre undergo a regeneration programme.
