The Lambeth property market covers the following areas:
A mixture of architecture features in Lambeth. Brixton is home to a number of Victorian properties and even the odd Georgian mansions. It also plays host to some very modern buildings and some social housing. There is no mistaking that the town is essentially an urban area that mixes a number of different cultures.
For luxury properties, head towards Brixton Hill. Here, leafy quiet streets feature Victorian properties with large gardens. Other profitable areas in the borough include Clapham and Streatham. For the more unusual, Tulse Hill offers Art Deco style early 20th century properties while the borders of the town feature huge Victorian mansions. Scattered throughout Lambeth are a selection of 1930s family homes and social housing.
