Mill Hill and West Hendon also offer cheaper properties than most other area of the borough. Although currently a bit run down, the area will soon see some regeneration.

Barnet offers excellent access to both rail services and London Undreground. Woodside, Totteridge and East Finchley are just three of seven stations in the borough that provide access to the High Barnet spur of the Northern line.
The Edgware spur is also accessible in the borough using a number of stations including Hendon, Brent Cross and Golders Green. Finchley Road offers rail services to Stratford, Richmond and North Woolwich.
Meanwhile other rail services in the borough include destinations such as Hertfordshire, Wimbledon and Luton.
A number of bus routes are available in the borough. They provide access to other boroughs as well as central London.
