The principal conditions are:
"The holiday units shall not be occupied for no more than 50 weeks per year and shall not be occupied during the last week in October and the first week in November.
"The units shall be for letting only and shall not be sold separately as second homes.

Directions
From Llandrindod Wells main road (Temple Street) proceed to the Grosvenor end of town (south). At The Grosvenor Store/Post Office turn up Grosvenor Road sign posted Golf Club. Pass the lake on the left hand side and proceed up the hill to the Golf Club. Pass the Club House and take the turning left after about 600 yards. Follow this road almost to the bottom of the road turning right and the site is in front of you.
