Orbit Homes

Orbit Homes is the development and sales arm of the Orbit Group. We specialise in building beautifully designed new homes for outright sale, Shared Ownership and affordable rent. We aim to create homes that suit everyone; whether you're a first time buyer looking for a starter home, a growing family looking for more space or anything in between!

To our customers, the  new homes that we build are more than bricks and mortar: they are where newly married couples cross the threshold, families make lifelong memories and children grow into teenagers. Our team never tires of the excitement and exhilaration of handing over keys and seeing our customers move into their new home but we know our work doesn’t stop then. Our dedicated staff make sure that our purchasers remain happy with their new home long after moving day.

As well as the development and sales arm of the Orbit Group, Orbit Homes also comprises Orbit HomeBuy Agents, the largest HomeBuy Agency in the country, which helps people find the right home ownership product for them and Orbit's Mortgage Rescue Team who assist current home owners who may be facing financial difficulties.

As part of the Orbit Group, Orbit Homes are proud to be a social business and invest our surpluses in making a difference to the communities where we work, from providing new homes for rent, low cost home ownership for first time buyers to care homes for older people.

Our team works in three main regions, developing and selling new homes:

The Midlands

Including Stratford-upon-Avon, Leamington Spa, Warwick, Coventry, Rugby, Nuneaton, Hinckley, Burton-upon-Trent, Milton Keynes, Kettering, Bedford and Northampton.

The South East

Including Kent, East Sussex, Bexley, Sutton, Croydon, Reigate and Epsom.

The East

Including Norfolk and Suffolk.
