Larkfleet Homes based in Bourne, south Lincolnshire was formed in 1988 and provides high quality, environmentally friendly, affordable homes something that is continually recognised at a national level with its numerous award wins and more importantly happy customers.

With current developments in Lincolnshire, Rutland and Cambridgeshire we offer first-time homes and family homes that are among the most energy efficient available. Research has shown that a new Larkfleet Home can save as much as £600 a year on utility bills. Our homes are above the current building regulations making you the purchaser not only a saving in bills, but also a warmer, more comfortable home.

The environment is at the forefront of our building ethos, our head office is Carbon Neutral and we have even built a sustainable home next to our headquarters. The timber-framed three-bedroom house, remains only part-built to demonstrate how a home can be constructed to meet the requirements of Level 3 and Level 4 of the government's Code for Sustainable Homes. Some parts of the structure (sections of walls, floors and ceilings) have been left unfinished to show how it is possible to combine different building techniques and energy-saving technologies to meet demanding environmental standards without excessive cost. The house is not only shown to architects and planning authorities, but also to school children to explain the benefits of the building processes.
