The Gladedale Group, one of the largest private house builders in the UK, was restructured in September 2009 due to the retirement of the company's founder and Chairman.
Also taking cognisance of the changes in the housing market the decision was taken to return to regional brands, including Country & Metropolitan Homes.
Country and Metropolitan is now working across the South East, Home Counties and London, including Essex, Hertfordshire, Bedfordshire, East Sussex, West Sussex and Surrey, to build a range of new homes from one and two bedroom boutique apartments, to luxury conversions and four bedroom detached homes.
