Linden Fusion Woking Development

Fusion by Linden Homes, Old Woking, Surrey

Located in a leafy suburb of Woking, Fusion is an impressive new development from Linden Homes.

A range of two and three-bedroom homes and two-bedroom apartments make up a village-style community that had the whathouse.co.uk team wishing they could live there.

The location of Fusion gives the best of both worlds. It is close to woodland and open, green space, and yet is a five-minute drive to the centre of Woking. It is also just six miles from the M25 and central London is accessible by train in under 30 minutes.
A new local bus route will serve the development and there is off-street private parking for each home.

Village life

Fusion has been designed with the community in mind, with a central 'village' green, and a pleasant, open layout. Homes at Fusion offer enough variety to suit both families and first-time buyers, all at accessible prices and with surprisingly generous interior space.

For example, the two-bedroom Newton house type is an ideal starter home that represents value for money at £250,000 - a good price for property in this highly desirable area. The price includes a fully equipped designer kitchen, fitted carpets and wardrobes, and en-suite and family bathrooms. There is also a small, manageable garden to the rear and planting to the front alongside a paved entrance.Linden Fusion Woking Interior

Homes at Fusion are designed to maximise light and space, with full patio doors leading onto the gardens, and good use of roof space with 'bonus' loft rooms and easily accessible loft spaces that could be converted to an extra room.

Green credentials

In line with Linden Homes' commitment to developing sustainable homes, Fusion has achieved an EcoHomes rating of Very Good. This is due to a ventilation system fitted in each home that reuses the warmth from the roof and recirculates it around the rest of the house, cutting down the amount of heating needed and therefore energy used. Solar panels have also been installed on several houses at Fusion, where the energy stored is used to heat the hot water tank.
