Already reporting strong interest from local house hunters, Ward Homes is expecting a great response to its imminent launch of The Chase, its long-awaited development of new homes in Kent, situated in Longfield.

Renowned regional housebuilder Ward Homes is set to launch a landmark scheme of new homes in Dartford this month at Victoria Park, set in the grounds of the historic former Stone House Hospital near Darenth.

Shared ownership and shared equity schemes are available across Kent, offering help to those who might otherwise not be in a position to buy a brand new home. A range of affordable new homes in Kent are available under these schemes, which are a partnership between developers, housing associations and the Government.
