Barratt Homes is launching not one, but two new show homes at its Pipers View development this Sunday 17th March. The ‘Ashford' and ‘Barwick' houses will be open to the public for the first time at the Stoke-on-Trent scheme which features a range of two-, three- and four-bedroom homes priced from £85,000.
New Barratt Mercia homes in Staffordshire will be unveiled this weekend. Pipers View in Meir, a suburb of Stoke-on-Trent, will have a range of two-, three- and four- bedroom homes. Visitors on Saturday will be able to enjoy a face painter and balloon moderler on Saturday between 12am and 3pm and on Sunday afternoon any visitors will be able to enjoy some Staffordshire Oatcakes. There will be staff on site to discuss options with potential homebuyers.

Property developer Seddon has been appointed by Worcester-based Sanctuary Housing to build up to 700 new affordable homes across the Midlands and North West of England as part of a £60m contract.
The firm will construct new homes in Stoke-on-Trent, Newcastle-under-Lyme, Telford and Wrekin, Herefordshire, north Shropshire, Worcester and Cherwell by 2016.
Keepmoat Homes, which develops new homes across Yorkshire, the Midlands, the North East and North West, has been given the go-ahead to construct 89 more new homes in Stoke-on-Trent.
