Off-plan property sales in Bedfordshire are proving popular once more, according to new homes developer David Wilson South Midlands, following the recent sales success it has enjoyed at two of its newest new home developments in the area.

New home development schemes, The Maythornes in Biggleswade and Pilgrims Rest in Kempston, were both launched in November 2009 and both have opened to an influx of enquires from interested purchasers keen to be among the first to secure a new build home at these projects.
