Growing demand among millionaires for investment properties

Investment in property looks set to grow, particularly among Britain's wealthiest individuals during 2012, research by investment specialist Skandia shows.

Established millionaires were asked which investments they are most likely to increase their exposure to over the next six months, and property was ranked number among 55% of respondents.

Residential property was slightly more popular at 31%, with commercial property at 24%.
