Housebuilders in Merseyside currently have a fantastic range of incentives available to help attract buyers, with a good choice of new developments dotted across the county. Our taster of what Merseyside has to offer is split into two key areas: in and around the city of Liverpool, on the eastern side of the estuary, and the Wirral Peninsula, which on the west of the estuary.
Despite some improvements in the availability of low-deposit mortgages, it's still tough for many house buyers to either get onto the property ladder or to move home.
