Over the three days, Larkfleet will provide buy-to-let investors with details of the full range of properties available at Leighfield Park, including tours of the development's three show homes on-site. Free financial advice will also be on offer and a local letting agent will be on hand to provide rental and landlord advice to anyone interested in purchasing a property to let out.
Bridgette Tan, a resident at the Larkfleet Homes Leighfield Park development in Oakham, has been awarded £1,000 for referring the development to a friend who has now also purchased a property there.
Mrs Tan moved to Leighfield Park just over two years ago and was so impressed with the development she recommended it to her friend Christina Hall.

The government has launched a multi-billion pound housing programme which will see up to 165,000 new affordable homes developed between 2015 and 2018.
The programme, which was announced in June, will see the government commit £2.9bn to the scheme with a further £20bn coming from the private sector.

Residential property developer Larkfleet Homes has signed an exclusive deal with Melton Mowbray Building Society which will give qualifying buyers of Larkfleet properties access to a mortgage at just 2.39% interest for the first three years.
After the initial period the rate goes up to the building society's standard variable rate which is currently 4.99% - giving an overall cost over the life of the mortgage of 4.5% APR.
