Affordable homes specialist Home Group has just launched a new collection of 12 one- and two-bedroom apartments in Wokingham, Berkshire that are available on a shared ownership basis. These affordable new homes can be purchased with a minimum share of 35%.

With market values starting at £182,000, that means eligible house-hunters could get on the property ladder for as little as £63,875 at Wiltshire Place. The starting price for a two-bedroom property is £83,125, based on a full market value of £237,000.
