New homes builder Redrow Homes has announced that it will officially launch a collection of new homes in Royston in January.

Redrow Homes, under the leadership of chairman Steve Morgan, have changed the type of new homes they build, after launching the New Heritage Collection, which has proved popular with new home buyers.

This year, new home builder Redrow Homes have been constructing new homes that offer a genuine sense of feeling that they have been established for longer than it actually have, with its New Heritage Collection of new homes.

The launch of two new family-friendly show homes in Devizes by Redrow Homes attracted over 100 visitors last week, illustrating strong demand for new homes in the local area.

New home developer Redrow Homes has posted its first profit since 2007, thanks largely to the success of its 'New Heritage Collection' properties nationwide.

The housebuilder said its New Heritage Collection homes, which sell on average at £180,000, had been "extremely popular" since their launch earlier this year.

More new homes will be built in St Neots, Cambridgeshire, after housebuilder Redrow was awarded planning consent to start construction work on the next stage of its popular Loves Farm development.

The new phase, named Priory Gardens, will total 46 new homes from Redrow's New Heritage Collection and is set to go on sale in mid-August.
