New affordable homes in Scotland

The Scottish government is well on track to meet its commitment to deliver 30,000 new affordable homes, the First Minister said as he officially opened a housing development in Argyll.

Work gets underway on new homes in Manchester

Building work has started on a new residential development on the site of the former Longsight Public House on Kirkmanshulme Lane in east Manchester.

The scheme, which is being delivered by specialist housing developer, Mulbury Homes, on behalf of Eastlands Homes, are being built by Manchester-based construction firm, Harbur Construction, will eventually feature 22 new homes.

Plans submitted for new homes in Blackburn

Housebuilder Mulbury Homes is hoping to increase the supply of new homes in Blackburn after submitting a planning application to develop 16 affordable homes in the town.
