New home developer offers £500 incentive

Housebuilder Crest Nicholson is offering purchasers at its Meadow Walk new home development in Henlow, Bedfordshire, a deal throughout April by paying £500 a month towards buyer's mortgages.

With a range of new homes available, the new home developer hopes that the incentive will help make their properties more accessible to anyone upgrading to a larger home or to first-time buyers who previously didn't think they could afford to buy a new home.
