Choosy buyers look to Cheltenham for prestigious new properties

The elegant spa town of Cheltenham boasts impressive Regency architecture, high quality schooling, fashionable shops, a vibrant calendar of cultural festivals , beautiful parks and lively bars and restaurants. Record price achieved in St John’s Wood, says Aston Chase

A newly constructed luxury penthouse apartment in St John's Wood, widely considered to be one of the most desirable areas in inner London, has been sold by Aston Chase, for what the independent estate agent claims is a record price per square foot for a property of its type in the local region.

The penthouse, one of two sold in the Queen's Court development, which has been built by developer Seqoya, was snapped up by an unnamed international purchaser who now intends to live in the property.
