Sarah and Nick Burton have two reasons to celebrate: not just their recent wedding, but also their purchase of a brand new home at St Michael's Chase, a development of new homes in Cambridgeshire from Linden Homes. They are the latest residents at the Longstanton scheme and have just returned from their honeymoon to start settling in to their first property.
A Cambridgeshire couple found they were able to move from renting to buying after a visit to Linden Homes' St Michael's Chase development in Longstanton. Lorna Conlon and Morgan Mullooly looked around the show home at the site and ended up buying the same three-bedroom property type off-plan, a real step up from their two-bedroom rental apartment.
House-hunters young and old are promised a fun day out in Longstanton this weekend as Linden Homes invites ‘Captain Jack Sparrow' to a family event at its St Michael's Chase development on Saturday 23rd June, between 1.00pm and 4.00pm. The hero of Pirates of the Caribbean has been a regular visitor to Linden Homes developments for some time and will be making an appearance in the form of lookalike Simon Newton.
Renowned national housebuilder Linden Homes is launching its latest development of new homes in Cambridgeshire this weekend (10th and 11th March 2012), when it unveils St Michael's Chase in Longstanton. The occasion will be marked by the official opening of the development's show home, a three-storey townhouse that has been professionally decorated to demonstrate to potential buyers how their new property could look.
