The latest National New Homes Survey from the Home Builders Federation (NHF) and National House Building Council (NHBC) shows some exceptional customer service ratings for UK's housebuilders. Some 91% of respondents said they were satisfied or very satisfied with the housebuilder and the same proportion would recommend their housebuilder to a friend.

Over 29,000 people who had purchased a new-build home completed the survey and the results are a slight improvement on the 2012 survey where 90% of those surveyed expressed the same feelings towards their house purchase.

Kids characters come to life in Linden show homes

Linden Homes have been getting in touch with their artistic side in two of their latest show homes. To make sure their properties are appealing to the younger generation, who often accompany their parents on show home visits, the developer has dedicated two bedrooms to popular childrens characters. In one of their Bingham show homes, the developer has opted for a Roald Dahl themed bedroom to celebrate the 30th anniversary of his work The BFG.
