Residential property developer Linden Homes has unveiled a new four-bedroom show home at its ‘The View' development in Wadebridge.
"The show home is absolutely gorgeous, the design is centred on a seascape theme and the interior designers have created a beautiful, relaxing space - perfect for a family," said Jules Miller-Wilson, sales and marketing manager for Linden Homes.

With entries now coming in from housebuilders for the 2013 What House? Awards, we have decided to look back at last year's event and focus today on the Best House category, which was one of the most fiercely contested in 2012. No fewer than five leading housebuilders won awards in this category, including joint bronze and joint silver.
The latest National New Homes Survey from the Home Builders Federation (NHF) and National House Building Council (NHBC) shows some exceptional customer service ratings for UK's housebuilders. Some 91% of respondents said they were satisfied or very satisfied with the housebuilder and the same proportion would recommend their housebuilder to a friend.
Over 29,000 people who had purchased a new-build home completed the survey and the results are a slight improvement on the 2012 survey where 90% of those surveyed expressed the same feelings towards their house purchase.
In a landslide victory, York beat off nine other destinations to be voted the most popular choice for a second home in the UK in the poll in new homes portal whathouse.co.uk's monthly digital magazine. Some 66% of readers voted for York as their top choice. The walled Yorkshire city was followed by Devon with 9% and then Scottish Highlands with 7%.
The efforts of several sustainable residential property development firms were rewarded by the What House? Awards last year, under the Sustainable Developer of the Year category, with gold won by Barratt Developments - beating off stiff competition from Linden Homes and Taylor Wimpey, which were awarded the silver and bronze accolades, respectively.
New figures released by the Home Builders Federation (HBF) have revealed a substantial increase in the number of reservations being made through the Government backed NewBuy scheme. The reservation rate in the first three weeks of 2013 is running at the highest levels since the scheme was launched in March 2012. Well over a hundred people have reserved a new home each week with 3000 people in total having now reserved a home using the scheme.
Linden Homes have been getting in touch with their artistic side in two of their latest show homes. To make sure their properties are appealing to the younger generation, who often accompany their parents on show home visits, the developer has dedicated two bedrooms to popular childrens characters. In one of their Bingham show homes, the developer has opted for a Roald Dahl themed bedroom to celebrate the 30th anniversary of his work The BFG.
