Residential property developer Dukelease is constructing a wide selection of contemporary and luxury apartments in Ashford, with prices starting from £115,000.

Formerly known as Charter House, the striking purpose-built building, called The panorama, will, after a full transformation from vacant office space, eventually feature 234 apartments spread over nine floors.

Two Castles Housing Association has started work on a collection of new affordable homes for those with the greatest housing need in Whitehaven.

Developed in partnership with developers Kells Development Group with support from Copeland Borough Council, Two Castles will deliver 16 new homes to rent for local people with a connection to the town and its surrounding area.
