United House Group, the leading social and private housing specialist, has achieved a record year with exceptionally strong growth and performance, its annual results reveal today.

The Group's latest results, covering the 12 months to 31 December 2009, show turnover was up £21m to £182m (2008: £161m), profit before taxation was a record £15.1m, an increase of £8.5m on 2008 (£6.6m).
