Barratt Homes and affordable housing provider Lea Valley Homes have joined forces to present a homebuyer show in Hertford this Saturday, 20th April. Taking place from 11.00am to 4.00pm at The Hertford Theatre, the event is a chance for homebuyers to see a wide range of homes from the companies' portfolios within a 60-mile radius of the town.
Barratt Developments, which builds new homes schemes all over Britain under its Barratt Homes, David Wilson Homes and Ward Homes brands, will be showcasing some of its top schemes in the South East of England at this weekend's Property Investor Show at ExCeL in London.
Renowned regional housebuilder Bewley Homes will be unveiling its first development in Hertfordshire this weekend (Saturday 13th April), a boutique scheme of just four luxury six- and seven-bedroom homes in a sought-after road in Rickmansworth. Prices at the Orchard Grove scheme will range from £2.35million to £2.5million for the individually designed properties.
House-hunters in Hertfordshire are being invited to a special event this Saturday 26th January by national housebuilder Barratt Homes. New affordable homes in Lincolnshire
Plans have been drawn up for the construction of 30 properties, comprising 16 houses, four bungalows and 10 flats - 25 of which are designated ‘affordable housing' on disused farmland near Sleaford, Lincolnshire. Westleigh Homes has been contracted to build the new homes at Manor Farm, on College Road in Cranwell.
