Surrey-based Waterfords New Homes has seen a sharp rise in the number of people looking to buy a new home in Surrey and Hampshire, with the company reporting a 37% year-on-year increase in new homes sales.
With 50% of the properties reserved within just weeks of launch, Inland Homes has been dealing with considerable interest in the range of one- and two-bedroom flats on sale at its Queensgate development in Farnborough, Hampshire. Housebuilder Banner Homes has been given the green light to develop a small collection of new homes at its latest site at 33-39 Waterford Lane, Lymington, Hampshire.
The site will feature one detached four-bedroom home and four five-bedroom detached properties together with double garages. The new homes will be designed and built to fit within the existing street scene of Waterford Lane and will include an abundance of tree planting and landscaping within the development.
