Surrey-based Waterfords New Homes has seen a sharp rise in the number of people looking to buy a new home in Surrey and Hampshire, with the company reporting a 37% year-on-year increase in new homes sales.
With 50% of the properties reserved within just weeks of launch, Inland Homes has been dealing with considerable interest in the range of one- and two-bedroom flats on sale at its Queensgate development in Farnborough, Hampshire. The company has now released the last batch of properties for sale, with prices starting at £155,950.
Berkeley Homes has enjoyed such success at its exclusive Cobbetts Wood development in Fleet, Hampshire that there is just one home remaining on the market. ‘Charnwood House' is for sale at £995,000 and is the last to be sold of just five homes that comprise the development.
Seeking more space than he had at his small home in Gosport, young homebuyer Simon Pickett found a generously proportioned answer at Annington Point, a development of refurbished homes in the suburb of Rowner.

New affordable homes in St Alban's
Garage sites owned by St Albans City and District Council in St Albans and Wheathampstead are to be redeveloped into new affordable homes. Garage sites in White Hedge Drive, St Albans, and Housden Close and Beech Crescent, Wheathampstead, have been selected for redevelopment.
Housebuilder Banner Homes has been given the green light to develop a small collection of new homes at its latest site at 33-39 Waterford Lane, Lymington, Hampshire.
The site will feature one detached four-bedroom home and four five-bedroom detached properties together with double garages. The new homes will be designed and built to fit within the existing street scene of Waterford Lane and will include an abundance of tree planting and landscaping within the development.
