Renowned housebuilder Lovell is offering a helping hand to first-time buyers in the North West of England with its participation in the government-backed FirstBuy purchase assistance scheme. The initiative helps those buying a first home as it only requires a 5% deposit and the purchaser can defer payment of 20% of the full price of their home.

The events are taking place at Cressington Heath in Garston and Fox's Fold at Barton-upon-Humber.
