Renowned housebuilder Lovell is offering a helping hand to first-time buyers in the North West of England with its participation in the government-backed FirstBuy purchase assistance scheme. The initiative helps those buying a first home as it only requires a 5% deposit and the purchaser can defer payment of 20% of the full price of their home.

So if you're hoping to find a property in Garston, Manchester or Chorley, it is worth clearing a space in your diary to go and check out what the housebuilder has to offer.
Renowned national housebuilder Redrow Homes is urging house-hunters in the North West who think they may only be able to afford to look for property to rent to think again, and find out more about the government's NewBuy scheme at an event at the Cressington Heath development in South Liverpool this weekend, 12th and 13th May 2012.
National housebuilder Redrow Homes is inviting house-hunters to two events this weekend (28th and 29th April 2012), so that they can find out more about the government's NewBuy purchase assistance scheme and how it can help them purchase a new home with a deposit as low as 5%.
