Countryside Properties has opened two new show houses at its Cliveden Village development for over-55 homebuyers in Taplow, Buckinghamshire. A two-bedroom ‘Cambium' house and three-bedroom ‘Wayleave' home have both been meticulously decorated and designed by JSP Interiors to show off the space and luxury specification of each property and inspire potential buyers with design ideas.

With 28 new homes sales since the start of marketing in late October there is substantial demand with many purchasers realising that it can be cheaper and more desirable to buy an affordable home than simply rent.
