St Modwen reveal plans for South Derbyshire residential community

The UK's leading regeneration specialist St Modwen has unveiled plans for a residential community on the southern edge of Church Gresley, in South Derbyshire. The proposed development will cover a 30-acre site is next to Gresley Wood and the land was previously used by Dyson Industries as a clay workings prior to being backfilled in the 1970s and 1980s.

Barratt Homes offers investors guaranteed 9% rental yield
