Redrow is urging house hunters hoping to secure affordable new homes in Lancashire to act quickly to pick up one of the new apartments and houses for sale at Cedar Walk near Chorley, which are still available with the Government-backed HomeBuy Direct initiative, before the first-time buyer's Stamp Duty holiday is lifted at the end of March 2012.

Housebuilder Arley Homes has officially unveiled a collection of new homes in Chorley at a development called Duxbury Manor.

The launch of the first phase of the project was attended by a wide selection of house hunters keen to take a look at the two new showhomes on display.

ADACTUS Housing Group, in partnership with the council, will develop 155 new homes in Chorley over the next four years, to meet growing demand for housing on the local area.

Buyers looking for luxury new homes in Lancashire currently have a good range of options at their disposal - including luxury developments in the pleasant market town of Chorley, in the thriving city of Preston, and nearby Bolton, which is well-placed for commutes into Manchester.
