The launch of the Veritas development in Cambridge went off with a bang this week. Weston Homes' chief executive Bob Weston was there to welcome guests to his company's latest development in the popular University town and his team put on quite a show with fireworks to entertain guests. Unfortunately the planned guest appearance of Team GB rower Alex Patridge, who bagged a bronze medal at the 2012 London Olympic Games, was not to be, however he is attending the Lyon Court development launch in Hitchin tonight.

Housebuilder Weston Homes has secured funding to develop a wide selection of new homes in the south east of England after completing a £120m refinancing deal with a syndicate of banks led by HSBC.

The facility runs to the second half of 2015 and provides Weston Homes with the funding to confidently invest in building more new homes across a range of developments, supporting the continued growth of the company in the process.
