Banner Homes has opened a second show home at its Cherry Tree Park development in Billericay, Essex and reports that nearly two thirds of the properties at the site have been sold. With a variety of property types, ranging from two-bedroom starter homes to luxury five-bedroom executive houses, the development has attracted interest from a wide spectrum of homebuyers.

With homebuyer interest in the first phase exceeding expectations, Banner Homes has brought forward the launch of the second release of homes at Cherry Tree Park in Billericay, the company's first development of new homes in Essex.

When looking for a new home in Essex, location was key for newly-weds Tony and Wendy Field. Needing a property close to the station for commuting to London as well as near local amenities, the couple found that Banner Homes' Cherry Tree Park development in Billericay ticked all the boxes.
