A Planning application to build a skyscraper featuring 355 new flats in Finsbury Park, North London, has been approved by Islington council.
Two 21-storey towers will be constructed overlooking Finsbury Park station and will also feature restaurants, cafes and office space.
Just 21% of the new flats will be affordable housing, significantly below London Mayor Boris Johnson's 50% target.
The construction of the two towers, designed by Islington-based architects Benson + Forsyth, will be carried out by City North Islington and is expected to take around five years to complete.
The planning application will now be studied by the Greater London Authority before final consent is given for the scheme to go-ahead.
