New Homes in Cambridgeshire: Plans Approved

More new homes will be built in St Neots, Cambridgeshire, after housebuilder Redrow was awarded planning consent to start construction work on the next stage of its popular Loves Farm development.

The new phase, named Priory Gardens, will total 46 new homes from Redrow's New Heritage Collection and is set to go on sale in mid-August.

The New Heritage Collection, which mixes new modern living with the ‘Arts and Crafts' era, was introduced buy Redrow in an attempt to reintroduce a high degree of individuality to the way its new build homes look and feel.

The new phase of luxury two, three and four-bedroom family homes in St Neots, Cambridgeshire's largest town with be made available to buy in August sales, when two new show homes will open to the public.

Mary Timlin, sales director for Redrow Homes (South Midlands), said: "We are delighted to be starting work on the next phase of our development in St Neots and to have the opportunity to launch our New Heritage Collection to homebuyers in the area.

"We are sure they will embrace the traditional style of the homes, which are perhaps evocative of the family homes they grew up in, but feature modern interiors including the latest statement-making kitchens, bathrooms and high quality fixtures and fittings."

Located just off the A1 and close to the A14 and M11, St Neots is described as ‘commuter heaven' with great links to Bedford and Cambridge. The development is within walking distance of the train station, from where you can travel to London's Kings Cross in 60 minutes.

Priory Gardens is also very close to the Great River Ouse, Paxton Pits Nature Reserve and Riverside Park, whilst St Neots town centre offers many shops, restaurants and entertainment venues.
