Government to boost supply of new homes in Scotland - 23rd November 2009
The Scottish government is to team up with new home developers to help boost the supply of new homes in Scotland, in an attempt to help more first-time buyers in Scotland on to the property ladder.

New homes in Cambridgeshire which are being built by new home builder, Barratt, will now be covered by a five-year guarantee of its fixtures and fittings, in the hope that it will encourage the sales of more new houses and new flats.
